For special purposes! A polyurethane that is heat-resistant to temperatures above 100°C.
Our company offers the "Formlight Series," suitable for special applications. The service life is 30 years at 120°C and over 50 years at temperatures below 115°C. This polyurethane is heat-resistant at temperatures above 100°C, compared to general polyurethane (single type) which has a heat resistance of about 90°C. 【Specifications】 ■ Service Life - 30 years (120°C) - 50 years (115°C) - Over 50 years (below 115°C) ■ Shear Strength - 12 N/cm² or more at room temperature - 8 N/cm² or more under 140°C conditions ■ Thermal Conductivity: 0.029 W/m·K (initial) ■ Compressive Strength: 30 N/cm³ or more (in the thickness direction) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
